Sharing a fence line

Would you allow does and a buckling to share a fence line? Meaning, does on one side, buckling on the other?

This will be the first pregnancy for these does, so I want to be very sure of the date of conception. I have read that goats can breed through fences, but is it very common?

we have seen our doe's back right up to the fence where the buck's are kept when they are in heat...

where there is a will, there is a way.

I think it is very common.

I once went to pick up a flock of geese and the lady also had pygmies that were doing that very thing. The does were backing up and the bucks were up on the fence.
