Blood in milk?

We have a FF that kidded last week. Tonight there was blood mixed in the milk. I'm concerned obviously with mastitis, but can this also be cause by her nursing 2 kids. Teat trauma? She's the first doe of the 3 that kidded that we let nurse, against my better judgemen.
I'm not sure what to do. Can we pull kids and see what happens to milk quality? Biggest problem is I don't have a Place to separate her from the kids except to leave them in a separate stall, it's so hot to leave them locked up. If need be I'll dry her up.
We love our goaties, but getting overwhelming. It seems to always be something.

most likely, a broken blood vessel. Will clear up in a couple of days.

It's very common for first fresheners to have blood in their milk as their newly forming udder is expanding. Also the bumping kids don't help. Some vitamin C may help with the process. Doubt there's any mastitis.
