regular paper tape from the pharmacy.

Make a U down side of teat, up the other side.

Do again perpendicularly.

Loosely secure with length of tape around the teat. NOT TOO TIGHT!

I do it exactly as Alice instructed. I am trying to develop the teats of my FF for easier milking and the tape seems to be helping (taping one side and letting baby have the other).
