Getting squirrley on the milk stand

My only milk goat, who I've milking for about 2 months now has started getting difficult to milk when I'm almost 1/3 of the way finished. Any idea why this is? I've not changed her food, the spot where the stand is located, the time of day I milk her-nothing has changed. I can't afford to milk lose this milk-I have to switch to a pail I don't mind if she steps in just to make sure I empty her udder.

Ours sometimes act up when they're in heat. If that's the problem she should be OK in a couple of days.

Our 4H leader uses dog collars to keep her doe's legs tied down. I an seriously considering it.
Shannon, by the way, my Saanen had a single doeling. Not the 3 I had asked for, but I am still happy!
How is Millie? Did she deliver or did the accident cause her to lose the pregnancy? =(

Possible she could have developed mastitis. Can you do a milk test on her?
Unless you have a new kitten in the area where you milk?
New perfume?
Maybe she doesn't like your new haircut?? HA HA sorry I just had to throw my dry humor in there!
This can be ever so frustrating..ask me how I know!

Does she have small teats? As the udder deflates could you be squeezing some udder tissue from milking too high? Thus making it uncomfortable for her. I have a doe with small teats and I have to be careful to not have my hand too high up the teat when less milk is in the udder.

She could be trying to wean you, too. Seriously. You just have to keep going.

Victory-I DO have a new haircut !! Surely that can't be it ....

Shannon-Millie is good. No babies, who knows if it was because of the azaleas. We just have the 2 now-going to get a 3rd Saanen doeling next month. Congrats on your new little one.

Perhaps you aren't milking her fast enough? Sometimes they just don't like standing still for very long. My problem is usually that I'm done before they're done eating; I just let them into an "out pen" and give them their grain, go back, get the next 2 goats... I milk 10 in 45 minutes.
