Small World

I think that goat people will understand why this news makes me so happy...

We take our Saanen(s) to the 4H leader for breeding. She and her husband are wonderful people and have walked us through what we need to know for registration, shows, etc.

Anyway, we are moving to a new house and there are only 2 neighbors. I just found out that her son is one of them! Small world! Most importantly, I now know my neighbors are BOTH goat friendly. (We met the others and they have goats, too!)
That is a big relief because as we all know, goats can be loud and are sometimes escape artists!!!

Good neighbors make a world of difference. Our goat pasture is right behind our new neighbors, but we're lucky they love them.
