Has anyone here read this and what are your thoughts about it?

I wish there was a date on it. We can't tell if this is old/outdated or new/innovative.

I think the method is designed for pastured sheep and meat goats. If you have backyard dairy goats who eat mainly hay/alfalfa/pellets and grain/concentrates, then the method doesn't apply at all.

It is from Nov 2007.

Yes it's for pastured goats, but the preferred methods now are rotational grazing and/or multi species grazing.
