Again...thanks for all the welcomes! Here are Pictures!!

Just looking for some opinions.

Abby is the one with the elf ears (75% Lamancha, 25% Toggenburg)...her udder seems pretty good to me, except are her teats too far apart? It seems to be a little harder to milk her than Daisy, this may also be because she has smaller teats than Daisy as well...it also seems hard to get her to empty out all the way, where as with Daisy I can get her completely empty without even trying, any advice?

Daisy is a nubian alpine mix and her udder is WAY crooked...Apparently before I got her, the babies chose one side to feed off of, at least that is what I am told. one side makes A LOT more than the other. I have been milking her and when the small side runs out of milk I continue to stimulate it until the other side is out of milk...will this help even it up? Other than that she is GREAT on the stand...both of them stand like perfect ladies actually.

They are both giving about a gallon a day...Abby always gives a little more than Daisy. Please excuse the blood on Abby...she just had babies and I didnt realize it was there until I got in the house and uploaded the photos, yuck!

Thanks for any advice and/or opinions...good or bad :-)

Oh I wondered, I was looking for the elf ears! It took me a couple years to figure out how to do pictures. I had such trouble figuring it out the first time I just never posted them or someone here always had to help & sometimes they'd just post them for me.

I really like Abby's udder, it's almost ideal (from my limited experience) with a high, decently wide escutcheon, nicely defined medial, good capacity, but if her legs were set a little farther apart we could see her teats and teat placement better. The one I see does look kind of small though. I'd love to see her front attachment. (side shot)
On Daisy, well I can't see much of anything except the difference in size.
I have to ask, what are you doing with all that milk?? lol!

Now that I have the picture posting figured out, I will try to take some better pics when I go out to milk tonight...legs further apart, side shots, etc...

As far as the milk, my family and I drink some, my my parents drink some, my mother in law drinks some, the orphaned kittens drink some, and the rest is being frozen for my coming cheese/yogurt adventures :-)

Here are Abby and Daisy...like I said, I will attempt better pics tonight. Also, dont mind the nasty milk stand...I was still in the "just learning" phase...well actually I STILL am, but we get the milk in the bucket now!
