Anyone who uses M-T-G

Learn from my mistake. It's a wonderful product but be sure to make sure your animal is kept out of the sun while using it. There is a warning about sunburn but I didn't notice that. And Frankie got sunburned really bad. I think one of the ingredients must intensify the effects of the sun. Dummy me

LoL we use to do that as well. I remember one time of sheer stupidity...........
I visited my cousin in neighboring New Jersey, we both baby oiled ourselves up, then pulled out aluminum foil as tall as we were and went outside and layed on it. Thankfully we are both olive skinned and only did it for about 30 mins. Got a nice quick tan and no burns, but boy were we not-smart

Poor Frankie hopefully he will stay in the shade. I had a doe who just layed there one day and got her teat sunburned, why she did not move idk. Thankfully it only lasted a few days.

In my younger days my step mother who has now passed away, she was a regular sun worshiper & would lay out in it for hours if she had the time, but she would mix baby oil & I believe it was iodine(I remember it was a reddish brown color) & we'd rub that on ourselves & lay in the sun trying to get sun tanned.

I agree with Becca, Frankie will get more treats now maybe! Go Frankie! Sure hope the little guy starts growing his hair back soon, really not trying to make light of his situation at all.
