It truly depends on the goat. I have dark hoofed goats that can go a couple of months, but I also have a white hoofed goat that REALLY ought to be trimmed every couple of weeks.

Usually once a month. If it's dry and the goats are ranging for most of their food, it can be less often for me. The harder ground wears more.

I trim every 4-6 weeks. One doe I'm correcting bad feet so she gets trimmed more often. I trim my babies once every 3-4 weeks once they are 4 weeks old to keep them used to it, and to keep their feet baby pretty
