Can I use Fight Bac on Does w/babies

I know this sounds like a silly question, but can I use Fight Bac on my does who are raising their babies? For now, I have been just washing their udders with warm soapy water before and after milking. It says that it leaves the teat blue, so I am curious if it will hurt the kids or not.
