I'm so mad at myself!

In trying to get back to some kind of normalcy since back and hand surgery, I've actually been pretty busy with more does kidding, disbudding kids for other people, having visitors and selling goats, trying to do some housework even tho I'm not suppose to so maybe too busy, and still being in more pain that I think I should be in, I forgot to do pre-kidding vaccinations on one doe who's due the 24th.
So should I go ahead and give her the CD/T now? I'm sure it's ok to give the BoSe and copper but not sure about the CD/T. I can't believe I did - or rather didn't so that.

Nearly a week? I'd go ahead and give it. The main thing is that having the new antibodies in her milk helps to protect kids...but it will be a week past her due date before they show up.

Do you pull kids for CAE prevention or dam raise?

I guess it doesn't matter. It won't hurt the doe or babies if you give it now. The main thing is that, if you dam raise, and are counting of some protection through the milk for the new kids, don't. Watch for clostridium problems for the first two weeks after birth and have C,D,&T antitoxin on hand.

They will be dam raised. (Her dam was raised on prev., tested neg 3 times, and she just tested neg. last month)
I know some will vaccinate at birth but ehh, I don't know about that. I do have antitoxin of both kinds on hand.
BUT SHOOT! *sigh* Well she got her BoSe and copper tonight anyway. Will CD/T tomorrow.
