Finally! PICTURES!

Well, it's taken me awhile... first had to wait for good weather, then get my daughter to take some photos since I rarely go into the barnyard due to disabilities. THEN I needed to find a free photo hosting web site. Anyway... since my last post several months ago, our Nubian doe gave birth AND... we acquired ANOTHER pregnant Nubian doe, who has also now given birth.

Mind you, the goats are my DH's project... and he has truly fallen in love with them! We are elderly, and he's an old Hillbilly from Arkansas. That said, he just isn't very original with naming animals. As such, we wound up with does named "One Horn" and "No Horn"... except that "One Horn's" single horn has since fallen off?? The two little bucklings? How does "Junior" and "Junior II" sound? They drive him crazy, but he loves every minute of it! Here, then, are the photos:

Junior, 2 months old

Hope y'all enjoyed these!

Ain't nothin' wrong with being an ol' hillbilly from Arkansas. Great looking little goat boys you have there.

He was napping, but DD had to wake him up to get this picture. Thank you all for the wonderful comments. DH is very proud of his new "family." He says he "feels NEEDED, again!" (We had a large family and the kids have all grown and flown the coop.) Now, he has "kids," again! LOL
