cough in doeling

Two of my 3 alpine doelings have been coughing a lot. Well when I say a lot I mean whenever they go to stand up from laying down they will cough (within about a minute or two... not at the exact moment of standing up) but usually don't cough if they are just standing there (sometimes but not as often) They have always had a slight cough since they were little but this past week the cough has gotten louder and its becoming more of a concern to me. They are eating and drinking as normal. No temp. No issues with runny noses or anything. They act otherwise normal except for this increasingly louder rougher cough. I dewormed them once when they were about 3-4 weeks old and then again this morning with Ivomec. This is Michigan and we are getting into some wet weather. RIght now they are about 10 weeks old and were just weaned off milk a couple days ago.

I have been trying to google. I don't think pneumonia sounds right since they show no other signs/symptoms of anything. So i am looking at possible lungworm- can they get that as early as 2-3 weeks old? Is lungworm fatal? If my girls have lungworm- what is the best medication for it and where do i get it from?

They have been on hay for awhile but I guess I never paid attention to how long they have been chewing their cud. I do know that they currently are chewing cud. The one girl (she has been a weaker one since birth) rarely chews her cud.(she has been coughing loudly a few days longer) but the loudest cougher chews her cud the most
