Goat calendars/organizers

I have been trying to pull together a good calendar/organizer for my does. I would like to keep track of what they're eating and how much, when they kids, when they got wormed, symptoms of an illness, so on and so fourth. Can anyone share their calendars, organizer, or system that they use to keep their goats system running smooth? I am so not an organizer by nature and could use some great inspiration at this point.

I set up a spreadsheet in Excel.

In the first column I enter the name of the goat when she receives a treatment. Second column is the date.

After that each column heading is a treatment, as in CAE test, Copper Bolus, CDT, etc.

Then, I just check under the appropriate treatment.

Last column is OTHER.
