Awwwwww....*thud. Conrad, that is the sound of a person dying from Cuteness Overload. This is a VERY real disease. I need to go check farmergirl and be sure she is ok.

Farmergirl, can you speak to me??

Such beautiful goats!!! Now, if you could breed one that looked just like that but with a fantastic udder....

Black and white spots are my favorite. Would love to have dairy goats with that coloring. I think we would all love to know your: feeding schedule and menu, worming regimine, copper? minerals? BoSe?

Those are some extremely healthy looking goats!

Cliff:

I have a Mini-Nubian with those colors.

I too adore the black and whites. That's even my favorite color of horse! (I know, in goats, you can't milk/eat color, and in horses, you don't train color. I don't care. I love the black and whites!)

Folks, This is what im telling you about this breed, all i do is keep mineral and hay in the winter and summer time, just mineral ,grazing and worm 2 times a year. Cull the ones that are hard keeping! Never any feed.........
Most trouble free animal I have ever raised!

Is this the meat breed? We found them on the net, but have never seen any on a farm. How big do they get? Do anyone in Ky have them that you know of.

Yes, they are a meat breed. I've seen them around here but never really paid close enough attention to guess weights, etc.

I have some fainters, I'll try to do some pics soon. My buck has long hair and is naturally polled. then I have 2 does with 3 kids. They are easy keepers compared to other breeds.

In reference to the bolded parts-

Nope, ya can't but it sure can make a difference in your willingness to try sometimes.

Almost forgot....

Beautiful goats, neighbor! (I think you're in TN... or a neighboring state...lol)

Yes there are breeders everywhere, there's also a potpourri of different styles.
That is why I focus on the on the original black and whites, that came from Tennessee.
