Update on dolly

About a month ago i wrote all worried about Dolly aborting. Well a month later i dont even believe she is prego lol. I noticed today that she looks more open she does not look swollen just open. So ether she is have a heat cycle or she is getting closer to labor. It does seam like she might be carrying the babies lower as i see the hollow spot beside her hips. I checked for ligs and at first could not find them finally after really squeezing and trying to fill them i found them but they moved or got softer as i can no longer barely squeeze and fill them. But her bag has not filled so i still got awhile probably a month.

Sounds like a good time for a blood test.

Just because she hasn't bagged up yet doesn't mean she's not close to kidding. Some does' will bag up just before kidding a week, a few days or sometimes even just after they kid(which after is not good).
If you can't find the ligaments & the babies are getting into posistion already I'd say alot sooner than what you think. I would keep a real close eye on her or get a blood test like Alice suggested.

Mine are not bagging up at all like they should this year. Several other people have told me they are seeing the same thing.

I have one that has bagged up BEAUTIFULLY. And one that has that Hawaiian disease "Noudderatall".

They should be within about 2 weeks of each other, since their heat cycles were two weeks apart.
