I'm going to be kidding!

OK, I should have been here asking questions sooner and reading earlier. I just locked my first doe in the barn this morning because she must have just lost her mucus plug. I thought she was in labor, LOTS of mucus. Nothing has happened since then. How long should I expect her to go into labor after that? I have assisted many animal births before, but not goats. All helpful info is appreciated.
Thanks
Jill

If it was just her mucus plug they can do that up to a few weeks before kidding. Is the goo a long strand like hanging way down or just a little bit?
Is she having contractions or any signs of labor yet?

It was opaque goo, not clear, hanging down about 3”. Bag seems full, somewhat warm, but not bursting.

Thanks!
