Lamancha has yucky white goopy ears?

My Lamancha doe has white drainage? Now what do I do? This goat has smelled bad ever since I got her last fall, but I don't want to give her a bath until it gets warmer outside, so don't ask me if it smells. I can't tell. She hates for me to mess with her ears, so it is hard to inspect them. I flushed them out with a mixture of peroxide and alcohol, and put some of the kids earinfection meds in them. Do ya think this is ok and what else should I do for her?

I would use the over-the-counter product called Swim-Ear.(wal-mart walgreens). it will help keep her ear canals drier.. just a couple drops into each one and work it down really well.
