I need some advice on grain

I am going to mix my own grain. I am going to put in some Rogue Dairy Livestock pellets and here are my options for the grain:

Amaranth
Barley
Buckwheat
Corn
Milo
Kamut
Millet
Oat Groats
Quinoa
Rye Berries
Spelt
Triticale
Wheat Berries

Any ideas on which ones are good for the goat girls??
