Pony! Goat Pics (old goats, no kids)

Okay, I don't have any new kid pics yet (as we head into day 152...) but I did take the camera out of my pocket to take a few pics of Many Troubles, Agnes, Rosie, and Clark.

Here's Rosie, one of our 2 Snubian doelings (5 months old)

And little Agnes, Rosie's sister

Wow - how can Troubles stand to lay down on that udder?

Love the picture of Agnes peeking around the door (yes, I know she is probably trying to escape her stall )

Cute goats all!

Actually, Agnes was trying to get into Trub's house. She just peeked around the corner, all chipper, as if to say, "Oh, hai! I can haz company?"

I like Agnes. She's quiet(er).

Now, you can't hang that one on me.

Emily named her.

She's out of Many Names, and by the time they got around to naming her, the only "Many..." name they could come up with was Troubles.

But Trub is not as bad as all that. I'm just really neurotic, and she's my first doe, and my only adult at this time. I focus too much on her.

Kinda like what I told my children: "Your lives probably would have been a lot easier if I'd had a couple more kids. Less pressure."

LOL, well then you were asking for it by getting a goat by that name It looks like laying on that udder would be so uncomfortable.

I understand what you mean, with such a tiny herd, I can't help but notice and worry about every little thing.

Great pics Pony, Trub is a beaut, and that little Agnes looks like she's a regular hoot with personality+.

Thanks, GS. I do love Agnes, but Trub is muh baybee.

The way they have it all worked out is, Trub is the Herd Queen; Agnes and Rosie are her Ladies In Waiting.

Clark is the Court Jester.
