Just got a voice mail from Emily. She's got a couple of does in labor, and five inches of snow on top of ice.

Lovely.

ANYhow, from what I could understand of her vm, she said that some folks were supposed to come out today. She wanted whoever you are to know that it's still fine with her if you come out, but you may want to make sure you come in a 4wd vehicle.

None of which I am aware.

Last I heard, the judge gave the parties until the end of last month to present their summations. I believe his words were to the effect of, "Write a nice paper, telling me why your side won."

I hope that Gary Cox is a good writer - at least better than that weird Barbie-Doll States Attorney person. People like that need a hit over the head with a Clue-by-four.
