question about a buck's balls ..

I have noticed a group of what looks like moles (same color as balls) at the bottom of his balls. (I forgot what the real name of this part of his anatomy is.) They don't seem to bother him; but I am wondering if anyone know what the cause might be. Is it something I need to be concerned about?

That was my guess also.

After all the recent pictures of does' hind ends, I guess we really need to even things out and get some buck photos up also?!

Most bucks get this in the winter months, no big deal.

Thanks KimM

Roman has had to contend with so much this year I was so hoping this wasn't just something else draining on his health.

If it's cold by you and I think it's cold just about everywhere in the US at this point, then your buck has tucked his testicles closer to his body to keep them warm and the rest of the scrotum has a wrinkled look to it, often it looks like warts but it's really just the scrotum wrinkled because it's not full of testicles at this point. Once it warms up the testicles drop down again and he should look just fine back there once again. But without pics I'm just guessing here.

bumps on scrotum, with hair loss on them, bug bites?

Did it look like this? My buck ended up being fine and the hair grew back.

Bebop, it does look something like that only no hair comes off them and they are dark nearly black in color.

Did you find out what they were; and if so, what did you do about it?

Bebop, that is truly gross! Glad your boy is o.k. I'm definately not even in the ballpark with this one, I was completely off the mark-sorry! It does really look like warts too--very very gross! I've learned something new today.
