Question Doe Discharge

I have a doe that was exposed to a buck 21 days ago. She acted like she was in season(discharge, wagging tail) so we took her back. She was all lovey dovey thru the fence but as soon as he was let out of the pen she wanted nothing to do with him. I will take her back in the morning, but a friend mentioned that she was told by a vet that some does will have a discharge even after settling. Has anyone else heard of this?

What kind of discharge was it? Thick? Clear?

Sometimes they have a small heat cycle even if bred, too.

I've seen this to the point that I thought that she was aborting. Nope. regular birth four months later.
