No, not tested for CAE, there in excellent shape though (right now their shape is round LOL)..

would you suggest testing for CAE? if so, how much does something like that cost at the vet?

You can send them to the lab (think at Auburn?) for no charge :-) Haven't done it myself, but know they do blood testing through the Ag dept. Don't know where in the state you are so don't know if there's a satellite lab near.

Im in Monroe Ga about 20 min from Conyers or Athens I have one two month old buckling we are about to band if he doesnt get sold hes becoming "active" and two nice bottle baby bucks.
If I know your area and Im not in it, I may be able to help you find a buck. feel free to PM.

I would be willing to go to Douglasville Ga which is about 25 miles from the Bama line, Im almost a 115 miles from the Bama 20 line

On more note, i am selling my SR buck hes a great boy but Im going to retain a buckling just born. He is a proven breeder and I have kids on the ground. Will also most certainly have a buckling out of my top milker bred to my top buck due on the 5th of feb.

These people just put an ad up on Huntsville Craigslist with ADGA registered ND kids for sale. They are in Henagar AL. Maybe they or someone they know can get your does bred for you.
