Morningland Court Update

Here's the info, most of which I've also posted in CF.

The link to Doreen Hannes' very good blog entry from Tuesday night, describing what happened in court on the first day:
http://uncheeseparty.wordpress.com/2...-court-update/

And here's what Teddi Bechard shared on FB today re: what happened in court yesterday. Wish I could have been there, but the court room had so many folks in it BOTH DAYS that the judge actually commented on it!

(I talked to Emily this morning, and she said that the Mook Board folk were just plain snotty.)

"Court adjourned at 7:10 PM with no ruling. This made for *TWENTY* hours of testimony and examination in the last two days. Judge gave both sides until 1-28-11 to file their final briefs of closing statements. The 'record' will remain open until that time. We just got home after 2.5 hours drive home. The Dixons were extremely gracious in the face of their enemies. So for now, we wait."

No ruling? More waiting? How hard can it be to rule in the Dixon's favor?

Appreciate the update Pony!

Thanks for the update Pony & I'm sure the Dixon's really appreciated your support as well as everyone else that made the trip their for them.

I am praying this goes their way & I'm going to keep thinking that it will. Sounds like the state has no evidence against them so I don't know how a judge could rule any other way but in the Dixon's favor.

I am glad there is an update but I have to agree OLF. Why more waiting? Why can't the court pull their head our of their rear, rule in the Dixon's favor and end this unreasonable persecution of Morning Land Dairy.
