Disease of goats

I would like to know if there is any known disease in goats that could survive
the milk being heated to 165 degrees

I ignore all diseases and drink only raw milk of our goats. Of course, I see our goats are healthy and happy. We are doing so already for ten years in the row and we are OK. I grew up in a country, where we did not have vets and the goats were on the pasture without any fences. Because I grew up on raw goat milk, I think I can continue to use it for the rest of my life.
