New to the forum

Hi everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself. I've been reading & learning on this forum as a visitor for a little while now and have recently brought home my first goats ever. I now have 4 bred does, 2 Nigerian Dwarfs & 2 Nubians. They are all due in April. I've learned so much already & know there's still a LOT more to go, so I'm glad to be a part of this goat community - everyone seems so knowledgeable & helpful here! (I also have rabbits, chickens & my first community garden plot.)

Happy New Year! :baby04:

Thanks for the welcome! I'll post pics as soon as I can figure out how to do it! And it appears I do not have an option to add a picture, etc. to my profile. ??

Welcome
You may not be able to post pix if you a very new. Also you cannot upload them directly from you computer. The easy way is:

Sign up for Photobucket, it is free ( I only know how to use that photo sharing site)
Upload your pictures
Save them to your album
Hover over the picture you want to share, four codes will appear under it
Choose the last code, copy that link
Paste it here
You can preview your post before hand to make sure it worked

I warn you, these people are enablers. Yup, even the innocent seeming ones.

LOL!

Welcome.

And we're not enablers. We're helpers. BIG TIME helpers.

Thanks for the info on posting photos! Hey, Kitty, yes it's me!! Pecan is doing great - maybe I was overly cautious, I don't know, but she still has white eyelids.

I know everyone here are total enablers, but smart ones! I know I'm going to learn a lot, but I hope I don't bother you with to many questions!
