We've got goo!!!

I posted earlier about the three does that appeared to be ready to deliver. Well, one has goo this morning!! She's my oldest at 9 years. I don't expect the other two to be far behind her.

AWE!!!

I have a little Boer named Luna Noelle because she was born on the last full moon before Christmas! Then she started acting like a doofy Boer and now we just call her "Lunie Tunes"!

W00T!

And yes, only here would someone say, "Yay! Cool! Gooey stuff is coming out of my doe and I hope to be out there getting covered in amniotic fluid, blood, and other stuff stuff real soon!"

..to have the response of , "OHhhh! I'm jealous! Good luck! Wish it were me!"

Only parrot people understand the joy of having your bird puke up all over you....

...and only goat people understand the excitement of smelly goo!

Just checked. Nothing yet. She appears to be having contractions, but at the same time she's pushing the others around while eating. She's driving me crazy.

Christmas morning - nothing! She's laying down there like she hasn't a care in the world. Maybe the goo was her plug. She spent a lot of time last night stretching and arching her back and weight shifting. I expect we'll have babies when the bad weather hits later today.

I am excited for you.

Life during kidding season is just staring under the tails of goats hoping for some kind of mucous or bloody flux.

LOL.

No sanity here.

Bless up!
