Brian toodle, rumen ? URGENT

Ok, so the rumen is on the left side, is that facing the goats head or rear? I have one bloating on both sides and have gotten free air from the right side facing as I could feel the free air.
Not even sure that hes bloating because hes one of those big gutted fellers, but hes drooling screaming and well, the free air and firm gut.
Already have banamine and anti bloat meds on board but thinking if I could express more air that would help more. The meds dont seem to be doing much

Just imagine you are the goat. Your left is his left. Not facing him, but BE him.

Do you have any C&D anti-toxin??

I'd give him about 12 cc's on each side subQ and another 12 by mouth.

Its supposed to be ANTI-TOXIN, not the Toxoid. Is that what you have?? Yes, you can give it orally. My vet reccomends it for bad cases of bloat.

Try walking him around up and down hills or ditches.

Most shots can be given SQ instead of IM.

weve already held him at a 45 degree angle, gave mylacon (sp?) drops, cattle bloat meds, when those didnt seem to show much we gave him a small (hes a tiny feller) amount of mineral oil with baking soda in it.
Hes not getting worse so hopefully hell pull through. This is my pitty goat, hes all jacked up to start with from birth defects so we brought him home as a wether, he has a way of getting his fair share of attention

Do you have activated charcoal and mineral oil?
If so, I would mix up a dose about a quart-size, and drench him.

Whoa!! I was picturing a full grown wether! Sorry about that. No, I'd mix up another bit of mineral oil with the charcoal so that it can be given as a drench. But certainly no quart!

Vegetable oil works better, and I'd give him at least a cup (8 OZ)

I always remember it like this, standing behind a goat's butt, Rumen-Left, Babies-Right.

How old is he? If he is less than 2 months old his rumen is hardly developed.

I had once case of bloat here and it did not go on and on for this long. I think her milk was too cold so she bloated and she layed on the ground kicking her legs, yelling, could barely stand and was gridning her teeth. I gave her vegetable oil and we massaged, a bit of thumping and etc til she burped, peed, pooped and got up and walked away. So I gave her 2 cc of CD&T even though her booster was not due yet and kept an eye of her. She did not keep having episodes.

I wonder if something else is going on with him. True bloat would turn into extero by now. Or maybe it has not due to the meds you gave him, but it seems odd.
Also have you banded him recently? One buckling made me think he was bloating and going to die. I kept giving him oil, massaging him and etc. He kept yelling in pain and etc so I brought him in the house and kept up the massage checking on him all night and he was doing the same, that is when it hit me that he was being a giant sissy since he had been banded a couple of days before. I had even stole cud and made him chew it!

I would at least call a vet and ask about his symptoms, it just does not add up to keep bloating like this.

yesterday I let them out to browse so there is no telling what he might have ate, hes not 100% tonight but is munching on hay and drinking water. I think he may have gotten into some privet most of the other goats wont touch it this time of year but its all i can think of because all the underbush is too tall for him to eat on so he may have just ate what he could get too.
This is a wether that is almost a year old, hes small and has a few deformities, we named him Quasi hes small but holds his own with the bucks.
