goat diarrhea and drooling

My FIL has an older goat that he has just recently gotten. He has had her for about 2 months now and today she didn't come up to eat. She stood huddled in a corner. I went and checked on her and you could see where she had been standing there and had had loose bowels. I wasn't too concerned yet, but then she started drooling green stuff. It would look like she was trying to chew her cud and would just start drooling it all out. I think she is actually throwing up. She does not have access to anything poisonous-however we fed some old bread yesterday and while I didn't SEE any mold on it.... Could that have caused this? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Did you feed her alot of bread? Is it possible there was some light mold on it that you didn't see?

Do you have any activated charcoal in the house? Even from a fish tank filter will work. I would give her some activated charcoal crushed & in some water in a needless syringe just to be on the safe side. If it wasn't moldy the charcoal won't hurt her. Sounds like she ate something that surely didn't agree with her.
You could also give her some pepto bismol, a couple tablespoons to help with the runny poo.

Thank you. I think that a little bit of mold or sourness may have been the culprit. I checked the bread before I gave it to her, but it is possible that I missed something.
