advice in penis injury

last saturday I had a 6 mo old reg alpine buckling appear to get a pucture wound in the side of his extended penis. It was literally spraying blood out the side of it approx. 1" from the tip. It eventually stopped bleeding after what seemed like a life time of direct pressure, and clotted. I put him on a treatment of penicillian. He has not had any reoccurances and is with his buckybuddies in a pen away from any other goats.Today (Tuesday), I let the other goats out to go for a browse walk, and they went past his pen. He got excited, extened out and began to drip a little bit of blood. It quit bleeding quite quickly with no intervention from me, but I am concerned. I can not afford for a vet to look at him. After 3 days I would've thought that he should not be bleeding.
Any thoughts? Experiences? This was a new one on me, and I don't think that stitching is an option ????

He must have been a pretty good gash and pulled a blood clot off and made it bleed a little again. Give him at least a week or two of total down-time. Just because he stopped the initial bleeding, doesn't mean it's healed in there. Keep him separated for another week at least and I wouldn't use him for breeding for an additional week to make sure it is completely healed.

Should I keep up with the antibiotics? or has the past 5 days been effective enough?

If he were my buck I would give him antibiotics for a week.
