another worm issue...looking for other threads

I am looking up issues on worms on other threads, but in the meantime thought i would post here, see if I can get some feedback.

Claire my boer that is almost 6 months old, she doesnt eat grain and when I got her she was only on alfalfa and pasture. I dont have alfalfa and thought she would eventually eat the grain that I leave out for all. I have added a little bit of alfafa pellets yesterday and today as my milker refuses to eat them. I am wondering if Claire finally ate something besides hay and pasture as I just let them out in another area and when she pooped it was green and smooth on one side and pellets on the other but all smooshed together, and there were worms in it as well. I treated her with quest when she first got here but just once. I cant give her pellets or anything else she just doesnt eat anything but hay and pasture. I have safeguard and ivomec plus and wondering if I should use one of those. I did bolus her on Sunday afternoon, so I am wondering why the green poo, the alfalfa pellets? worms? copper bolus? I think her eyes looked a little pale the other day but I am gonna go back out and ck, it is too late to run to vet now.
thanks for your help

I think I would take a fecal samle into the vet tomarrow for sure & see exactly what kinds of worms she has so you know which wormers to use.

I always re-worm my goats 10-14 days again after the 1st time to kill off any that hatch after the initial dose.

Not to worry you but if I was seeing them in her poo I would also worry the other goats may get the worms she has too?

If the poo is really green I'd be guessing maybe she's eating some of the alfafa pellets, I don't think worms turn there poo green.

Where you're at I'd use the IvomecPlus to get Liverflukes also. I think they're hard to detect in a fecal. 3 doses 10 days apart to get the life cycle broken on the worms.

I would use cydectic pour on as oral at first dose then wait for 7 to 10 days then use ivomec plus as oral then wait for 7 to 10 days then use cydectic pour on.. It will work better. BUT you need to take the fecal to the vet tomorrow and check that out and see what kind of worms...

poo was fine yesterday, didnt get home in time to get fecal to vet. It must have been the alfalfa pellets, so now just figuring out the worms. If I give the ivomec plus, the other vet had me inject it, but if I am going to give orally is there a chart somewhere that tells how much of that for goats?

So since I was in the process of deworming before breeding and tito jumped the fence, if the egg isnt implanted due to the deworming will they go into heat again in 18-23 days?
