Goats are so evil

I have does due this week and of course for the past few days I have had the,
Lets lay away from the herd to make mom worry
Lets act like we are straining laying over on our sides when we are just stretching and sunning, of course with some nice grunts thrown in
Lets stand squatting for over 2 minutes for no apparent reason other than we can.
Suspense sucks

They're just practicing for the big moment. Gotta work up their drama skills.

You must be watching them too close. Come on over and cut hooves for me and when you return home, I bet you have some babies

I think our goats know what they do to us & they think there funny! The suspense just kills me too. I'm afraid to go anywhere when I have one due or even close so I know how you feel!

Ive got them sprawled out to be due between now February. Im hoping these girls took the first breeding and they are not bagging up from the second buck letting, i seen them get bred the first time and didnt the second time but you know how it is with pasture breeding. We shall know if it doesnt happen in a couple days it will happen this time next month no doubt about it.

Well, a guy gave me two donkeys that are older and while trying to figure out why the lights on the trailer are no longer working, we get goo not from one but two of the does. Of course this is enough for me to call it all off, and no one wants to bother to go into active labor because they know I will be at work until 4 pm tomorrow. I will be off the rest of the weekend so im sure that I will be posting pictures tomorrow at 4:30 of kids because as you know, they will have to have them the few hours I will be at work.

So far my does make me stress all day into the weee hours of the mornin, but kid between 4-6 am. Because by that time I am so freakin tired they just know I won't be out until 6 to milk, so sure have the kiddies while I don't get to watch. Yes they are evil! And selfish too not letting me in on the fun!

Well reverse physiology works on goats! Or thinking I guess is more like it. I said they would kid while I was away and they did not. Now my whole weekend will be set on the goat butt channel hoping for a show.

Ok, this is a new low. The bigger than a barrel heifer with a huge udder who I thought was going to kid, the goo was where shes in HEAT! UGGGGGG shes never weaned her kids despite my best efforts so it was hard to tell by the udder and she looked huge. On the bright side my buckling I have waited to become of age lost his virginity today, and this is my top producing doe. The buckling is Ceaser's Villa Eric and dam is LTE Sugar Cookie so Im in a way excited.
No one else really should be due for a week
