Angora goat question

I don't know if this is where I should post this question but I'm having a problem with the mohair that I shear matting up before I can get it to my customers. This doe's hair is so soft and it feels like human hair so I know a lot of people would love to have it but darn it, it mats so easy! How do store the mohair from a goat like this?

It doesn't look like anyone so far has any experience with that but to me it seems like the fleece should not be disturbed at all. Possibly having a cardboard box and carefully laying out a layer at the bottom immediately at shearing and and putting newspaper between subsequent layers, then moving the box carefully.

I would use roll parchment or butcher paper instead of newspaper. Newspaper ink is notorious for rubbing off.

Thanks-I will try your recommended method. I hate to lose another fleece because of matting.
