Mixing my own grain

I read with interest the recent thread on mixing grain. I'd like to get away from processed sweet feed and start using whole/cracked grains. I'm looking for some help in figuring out what will give me the right balance of nutrition. I have available to me:
Oats
Corn
Soy
Barley
BOSS
Wheat

They're all organic and come in 60 pound bags except for the oats. They're 50# bags.

I also have lots of good local grass hay. Alfalfa isn't readily available (either in hay or pellet form). I supplement with a Manna Pro goat mineral in their feed and feed sweetlix free choice (so I can leave it out for the sheep as well).

I have two milking does and one fiber doe. The bucks currently don't get any grain at all.

Any advice?

Thanks.
Elizabeth
