newly freshened, having trouble peeing

I took my four day old buckling and his mom out for a stroll today. The mom kept stopping and squatting to pee. Only a dribble came out. She did this several times.

Can goats injure their bladder while birthing? I know humans can, and it's something birth attendants (human) check for....

She may be feeling irritated there from having just given birth. I've never had a goat injure her bladder from kidding. I'd take her temp. If she has a fever, contact your vet. Otherwise, just be sure she has plenty of fresh water to drink and keep aneye on her.

Yes, she may be sore and irritated from the birth. Also, frequent attempts to urinate are sometimes indication of a bladder or urinary tract infection.

I was thinking the same thing as Ozark Jewels. Take her temp & see if it's normal & make sure she has lots of water to drink & keep an eye on her, if she has a fever contact your vet for the antibiotics would be my suggestions.
Try some Apple cider Vinegar in her water, mine Love it & drink lots of it before ever touching there regular water everyday.
