Feeds

I have been thinking of mixing my own feed for my goats and here recently I was able to pick up a hammermill for this purpose. Currently I have all the grass/red clover hay I need since it isnt selling that fast at most it cost me 1.50 a bale to make, I have been looking at some black eyed peas screenings to mix with them which is about 100 dollars a ton and there about 25% protien.

so that gives me my protien source but I'm still trying to figure out what else tomix with it vitiam and mineral wise for a complete feed to put weight on the weathers to get them to market sooner.

Do any of you guys create your own feed if so what do you guys use ? what ratios do you go with and etc etc etc....
