Well, she's probably not yet home, but I think I can go ahead and start without her.

Wintrrwulf is VERY cool. I liked her lots just from the forum, but now I like her even better now that I met her in person.

We were both tattooing newbies, but she went home with green fingers (and maybe a bit smudged on her clothes).

Found out we both used to work as vet techs - how cool is that? And that we also share a similar off-farm profession.

I feel VERY good about Brigid/Bunny/BMW/Mercedes (whatever they name her) going to Wintrrwulf's. She's a GREAT goat owner, and I don't even miss the doeling knowing that she's gone to such a great home.

The rest of the story (including the Mystery Animal) I will leave to WW.

Well Five miles down the road Brigid layed down and it was smooth sailing all the way home (cept for a numb butt) was dark when I got home so me and poor Brigid stumbled to the pen I had made her. I now have a new name MAAAA everytime she see's me she says my name hehe. Anyways hate that I have to go in to work for a few hours today, just want to stay with her so she don't feel so lonely.
So as required got pics while I was showing Brigid around

Oh, darn.

NOW I have tears in my eyes.

I know she's in good hands, or I wouldn't have let her go.

Love those green ears.

Hey Pony I like Brigid buuuut was looking at her papers I love her registered name! Since I am 25% native american I think I am going to theme tribe names..though its not spelt the same what yall think of Pawnee?
Just so ya'll know Pony is totally cool, love those big old houses, cant remember what kinda rabbit I got but the one I have at home is 4 months-hotot and the one Pony gave me is already twice as big LOL. The neighbor girl loves my new baby goat, she is hoping she might get to show Pawnee in FFA this coming season.
Hey PygmyBabies will call soon as I get home (floor guys showed up late at work) Pawnee is like your babies, she is so friendly and doesnt mind me touching her all over. Not sure I could have her in my lap like your goats though

I'm so sorry. I completely forgot to explain the registration process to you. (Too excited about tattooing...?)

"Poneez" isn't her registered name; that's my herd name. She's not registered yet. The paper I gave you with the info is for you to send in when you're ready to get your blue paper.

If you look at Trub's and Beaux's lines on that form, you'll see that their names start out with "Ozark Jewels" which is Emily's herd name. Any goats born on her place names start out with Ozark Jewels.

Goats born in my herd all have names that start with "Poneez."

When you send in your paperwork to register Pawnee, her "official" name will be Poneez Pawnee. (You could practice your alliteration and make it Poneez Pretty Pawnee...)

The rabbit you got is a Cal/NZ cross. She's also terminally cute as a button. LOL!

I'm so glad you came out, that you are Pawnee's new goat mom, and really look forward to getting together again. Perhaps to draw blood for CAE tests?
