Goat Won't Eat HELP!

I have a 2 year old boer doe that will not eat. She has lost a good bit of weight already. Temp is 103.3. Symptoms are lethargic, pale gums, weight loss and of course no appetite. She is not drinking much either so im giving her water and electrolytes with a syringe often. Wormed with Ivomec last month and Safe-guard (fenbendazole) at package instructions today. Open now...kidded with twins april 16. She is drying up as I am weaning her kids. Vaccinated for cd&t april 1. Lungs sound normal. Breathing is even and unlabored. No change in feed or surroundings. I've owned her since she was 4 months old.

Any idea what could be causing this? Anything I can do to get her eating? I'm going to make a gruel (some feed ground up and mixed with water) tomorrow to see if i can get something in her stomach. Do I need to get a cud from another goat first and make her chew it?

Well the pale gumes would tend to make me think a worm load. Take a fecal to the vet to see what you need to worm for, Check her teeth too. If she is not drinking it is hard to get enough fluid down her with a syringe. Try subq fluid injections

Will do the fecal as soon as possible. Fluid injections....just water or the water with electrolytes?

Ivermectin and safeguard are two wormers that are ineffective in a lot of cases- safeguard is just for tapeworms. I would get a fecal to see if she has Haemonchus or liver flukes. She will need either vabazen or ivomec plus, 3 times 10 days a part, orally, if she has liver flukes (be aware that they are hard to differentiate and some vets will even give you the wrong diagnosis) or cydectin, believe it's given 3 doses 10 days apart as well, for Haemonchus.

checking eyelids is a better way to judge anemia from worms. Here's a chart for it.
