FKS, next step please

At 7 days kid displayed what turned out to be FKS.(my diagnosis after reading up on it) Took bottle away has only gotten water with sodium bicarb the last 24hrs.
Also got Biomycin.
He is doing a somewhat better.
How do I re-introduce bottle? Do I water it down & if so how much & for how long?
Dam died at 3 days old. Havent personally seen either kid poop since meconium & havent noticed any in bedding. They do pee.
No formula, whole cow milk.
Appreciate your input.

They need BoSe, if you haven't given them that shot yet.

Penicillin, not Bio-mycin. Electrolytes, but no sugars.

Betsy I already gave him the biomycin a couple days ago, the Pen (given orally) wont interact will it? Thanks so much both of you!
Out of electoyles going to get some shortly.
Last nite 2 squirts nitri drench & yanked down 6oz water before he noticed thebicarb in it.

Bio-mycin is active for 48 hours, and on board for another 24, so the Pen should be OK

Just took 8oz water/Bounce Back & has a little diahrea which is to be expected.
As stated before, have not seen either of them poop since meconium & not see any in their bedding.
No yellow after colostrum poop.
The one boy is doing great but Squeek the one with FKS tummy is still extended.
