hoegger Dairy Sanitizer

I'm getting my milk supplies all gathered up - and realized that my dairy sanitizer container says 1/4 teaspoon per qt - I was wondering if that was correct? I know the soap mix directions, from which I kept the original instructions, says 2 tablespoons per 2 gallons (though the new instructions say 1 Tablespoon per 2 gallons, online). Anybody have hoegger dairy sanitizer? What is the mix rate?

TIA!

Mine says the same thing. Did you buy the dairy cleaning kit?

Thanks!

No, I bought the acid wash, soap, and sanitizer powder as separate items on the same order a few years ago now.
