Today was Take-your-kid-to-work Day

So, did anyone?

How did it go?

Any messes?

Any important paperwork eaten?

Lol! Well I could let them in the house to help prepare dinner, but they won't wash their little hooves!

I once took a bottle lamb to work (at a farm & garden supply store). Sold a bunch of sheep stuff that day!

I took one of our MiniManchas to the open house at the local feed store. It was a grand success. Educated a lot of folks.

I took a brand new bottle baby born yesterday! He weighed in at birth last night at 3 1/2 pounds. He was a huge hit - though I work at the vet clinic so no one really thought *too* hard on it! LOL

Well, yesterday I just worked around home, so yes, the kids were with me, and all over me and in the way of everything that I did. I do take newborn kids and lambs to work with me to the office of a wilderness therapy program, when I need to feed them during work hours. Everyone loves seeing them. I try to take kids to spring shindig. The students just love them.

I work in a restaurant and have taken kids and a bottle piglet to work over the years, but they have to stay in the car, with a heating pad if needed.
