nodual, puss, and sore where cl vaccination was given 2 mts ago

One of my new bucks (3 mts old) has 2 lumps. when I vaccinated him and the other for cl developed a lump in the injection site developed. Only dancer developed the lumps. I used clean needles each time diffrent injection site. The one lump has poped today. Looks like a normal abcess. like from a dirty needle. BUT the cell walls of the lump are very hard.
What do I do? the two bucks are together and seprate from everyone else. If they have cl do they develope these when vaxinated? any one here have experiance with this? I cant find anything. Will call vet on monday and see if she can run out here. Was going to have her out next month to do a bunch of blood work. Looks like it will be sooner.
Any one who has gone threw the vax and this happen and know the results?

I really have NO idea, but I thought I might have heard:
CL vaccine protects a goat from getting "real" CL. But they will test positive for the disease, the vaccine is maybe "live" but they are not supposed to get "real" CL. I thought I remembered only give the vaccine when you must, like they are going to be exposed.
I would have to surf all over google to find an answer, but this is just what comes to mind. I think of it like the sore-mouth vaccine? sorry. Hope someone else has a better answer!
