I really have NO idea, but I thought I might have heard:
CL vaccine protects a goat from getting "real" CL. But they will test positive for the disease, the vaccine is maybe "live" but they are not supposed to get "real" CL. I thought I remembered only give the vaccine when you must, like they are going to be exposed.
I would have to surf all over google to find an answer, but this is just what comes to mind. I think of it like the sore-mouth vaccine? sorry. Hope someone else has a better answer!
