Registration forms make me bug eyed

I'm filling out registration forms (three different registries!) for three Mini-Manchas, one Mini-Alpine, one Alpine/LaMancha cross, and a partridge in a pear tree.

This type of paperwork in *not* my strong suit.

And what are you naming that partridge? Lol I agree, it took me 2 times to get the papers correct on my 2 sables. The first time ADGA lost the service memo, then finally yesterday they did them. Lucky I make copies of everything when I send it to them.
