Honeysuckle is wonderful goat food, let them bounce and nibble to hearts content.
I wouldn't mess with the milk replacer and the milk. Just stick with the milk for safetys sake.
Supplementing them with copper in some way is going to be more trouble(at least it would be for me) than picking up a good bag of a lower-salt good cattle mineral and feeding that. But that is up to you.
Alfalfa hay is great for growing kids and working goats, so that is good.
Be sure to give them timely CDT shots, worming, etc. Free-choice clean water, hay. I free-choice grain to my kids while they are small, then ration it when they really start eating well.
