false pregnancy?

Hello, we are needing help with our La Mancha/Nubian doe. She is 2yrs. old and we thought she was bred, only her due date passed two days ago and even though she is making a bag, I can't feel any babies and she isn't swollen or apprearing that she is approaching a birth. Yet she is making a bag. About two weeks ago she had a wet tail and clear fluid leaked from her vulva. It kept leaking for four days and then it stopped. Is this what is called a cloudbrust? Should we milk her? Can she possibly be pregnant and still be able to kid and we should wait more days? Thanks for any help!
She was due April 3

She is well within the window of "normal" as far as her due date so I wouldn't be too worried about her being 2 days past.

I agree, keep treating it as though she may kid anytime...cause she may! Semen can stay alive inside the doe for a few days after breeding, so she probably didn't concieve the minute she was bred, but possibly a day or two later. Did you hand-breed just the one time? or are you going by what you saw the buck do during his time with her?

It sounds like she is pregnant to me. I would keep a close eye on her. Like the above poster said, she is still well within her normal delivery range.

I don't think they can bag up & fill with milk if really only a false pregnancy & not really bred. I would definately say preggo's.

Are her ligaments loosening? her vulva becoming pinkish? I would bet she is pregnant. Those kids can line up and sometimes you can't always feel them...
