That's the water bubble(that's what I call it anyways). That's normal, just keep watching & it shouldn't be long now. Last year my first 1 to kid I think it was with in 1/2 hour. I am so bad with time though & when your excited it's worse.
As long as she seems in no distress she should do fine. Just try to have towels ready to help dry, baby nose bulb if you have to suck out the nose gunk, iodine to dip the navals, etc. & Take deep breaths.
Keep us posted & let us know how it goes.

Oh & I almost forgot the importance of the camera!!

Wow, I'm late getting to this thread; at this point, I hope you're cuddling your new kids! If not, then it's time to go in and have a feel around gently; take your time, and find either a rump or a head and a pair of legs (and all the parts you gently tug on need to belong to the same kid! I once had ahold of two legs and a head....but it was the legs of one and the head of another....thankfully got THAT sorted out fast!)

Do update us!

Super! Sometimes, I give a gentle pull on the front legs to make sure there's no "elbow lock" (elbows at the pelvis preventing easy delivery). Just make sure the legs are straight.

You should have babies by now, let us know! If she is pushing and the kid isn't moving guide the head and legs out with gentle downward pressure when she pushes.

listen to your guts; as the baby comes farther out, tear the sack off of his face and don't be too shy about wiping the goop off his nostrils. You may feel your being rough on him, but some good squeezes down and away along the top of his face will push any fluids out of his nose.

I agree w/ shiandpete; gentle traction if this has gone on more than an hour since you saw the bubble.

Also don't be shy about interveneing after he's completly out: if he's having trouble breathing, I always pick them up butt-first and support their little head while I literally do a slow-motion, gentle shake to both stimulate them to thrash a bit and to snort for me! Momma Jill doesn't fool around! <grin>

Yes you might have to swing him around by his back legs. Slap his sides quite vigorously dont worry you wont hurt him.
