Walk walk walk her. Massage her left side vigorously as you go.
Get somebaking soda into her. Pour a little water into your baking soda, form them into balls & shove it down her.
You will still need to walk & massage. If she doesnt belch soon give her either mineral oil if you have it or regular oil from your kitchen.
On a Boer buck I gave about a half a cup oil.
This will make her poop very runny for awhile.

Okay..... he just called me back... he went out and started walking her...and rubbing her left side ..... he said he has heard her belching.... he said that she started rubbing her left side along the fence.... she seems to be okay... I am wondering if he just paniced.... (maybe it's not bloat)he said he is going back out and going to continue walking her.... (for not liking goats he sure does loves these guys) I don't get home till 11:30.. so I will check her then... it just so scared me when he called... thanks guys

He's doing a great job, she belched thats great! The baking soda wont hurt.
If that left (rumen) side goes back to normal size she is probably out of the woods.
Tell him to not let her lay down yet if left side isnt normal size & to keep walking her.
Sheesh I know what you mean about panic. But its better to panic & DO something. Bless his heart.

Update..... she is doing great..... I don't think it was bloat.... I think she just pigged out...
I was really proud of my DD though... got home last night and was talking to DH .... and he told me you know that DD had told him exactly what to do (walking, rubbing and baking soda... he wasn't to sure about this) .... before calling me... but he said I will call mom just to make sure.. DD has been reading and studying goats... everyone at school calls her GOATGIRL ... well maybe she is... just a proud parent... of a 12 yr old ..who knows more than mommy about her goats!!

Whew! Thanks for the update! Glad she is doing good. If you don't already, you might want to consider putting out baking soda 24/7 for the goats to nibble on if they over eat. I put mine next to the minerals. Especially improtant this time of year when there is so much new growth and lushness.

Thank Goodness everything is OK with your gal!
I do like Minelson. I have those 2 sided black mineral dishes from TSC that I put the mineral in & baking soda in the other side.
I also have a little piggy that overeats this time of year all the new green growth & she'll get a little bloated sometimes too.
I have also crushed up Gas X & given that to her & that works Great also. No run's with the Gas X so that's 1 plus too.
