Boer kids and a pygmy

I just got 2 boer does that are a little over three months old. We have them separated from our adult pygmy doe. They do see each other and she doesn't seem to be aggressive towards them. The kids have escaped their area and gotten into hers but all she did was chase them. I was told not to put them together until the little ones are about 6 months old. Any thoughts on that? Also, I'm thinking about putting up a 4' high tensile fence (not electric). Right now is just basic field fence but its getting old. No wild animals in the area except for deer and your basic furry creatures (raccoons, possums, etc.)

I'd put them together.

I would put them together too. They do like the companionship and need to learn herd manners.

I'd put them together, for sure. High Tensile will not keep the goats in, but it is great for horses, cows, etc.

The sooner you can get them together, the sooner they will learn to get along. It may take a few days but they will be fine.
I've sold 3 month old Nigerian dwarf babies that went to a home for companions for a horse & they are all best buddies now.

I agree, put them together. They'll get along, the herd dynamics will come into play, then settle down.
