Kefir

I want to start making my own kefir but haven't bought the grains yet. I did a search on this forum to see what people had to say about it but there was nothing recent on it. Most recent 2008. I've never had it and understand it's an acquired taste but I'm going to give it a shot. Does anyone on here make it from their goat's milk and have you noticed any health benefits?

I have a ton of grains and would be happy to send you some for free to try. Just call me with your info. It is acquired but is great for smoothies and shakes. I'll give you some recipes. Lynn
